BLU by ThriveWell® was honored to host the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women for Wellness, Wisdom & Women, an inspiring evening dedicated to women’s health, meaningful conversation, and connection.
Go Red for Women was created to help women take charge of their health, and the evening was a beautiful reflection of that mission. It was inspiring to see so many women come together to learn, ask questions, share openly, and invest in themselves.
The conversation featured an exceptional panel of experts: Dr. Jessica Chen, Dr. Camille McDonald-Toussaint, and Dr. Laura Verde, who shared practical insights across some of the health topics that matter most to women. The discussion touched on heart health, recognizing important signs as we age, and navigating the changes that come with perimenopause and menopause.
Moderated by Daren Koenig Cronin, the conversation felt open, thoughtful, and personal. Questions from the women in the room sparked honest dialogue and created space to share experiences openly. It was a powerful reminder that wellness is not only about information. It is also about having a community where we can learn from one another.
The evening concluded with a restorative yoga and wellness experience led by Ashley Freed, incorporating gratitude and self-love into a beautiful moment of reflection.
We are deeply grateful to our friends at the American Heart Association and Go Red for Women for choosing BLU to host this important conversation, and to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a meaningful experience.
At BLU, we believe better health is strengthened through knowledge, connection and community. We are honored to create spaces where those things come together.
