Gordon L. Chen, MD

Chief Executive Officer

As a Board-certified Cardiologist and Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Gordon Chen’s leadership is shaped by his invaluable experience as Chief Medical Officer at ChenMed, where he and his family built a personalized approach to healthcare that empowers individuals to live healthier, longer lives. With two decades of outcomes-based care experience helping adults across the country live longer, Gordon and Jessica embarked on a journey to integrate the 5 Drivers of Health and Wellness (Personal, Community, Physical, Nutrition, and Spiritual) with the best of evidence-based longevity medicine.

As the Chief Executive Officer of ThriveWell and BLU by ThriveWellTM, Gordon is driven by a vision: to create longevity communities where people can optimize their healthspan and be connected to their purpose.

Jessica Chen, MD

Chief Health & Wellness Officer

As a Board-certified Internal Medicine physician and Diplomat of the Board of Anti-aging and Metabolic Medicine, Dr. Jessica Chen's extensive experience in health and wellness began at ChenMed as Chief Clinical Officer. She led clinical quality and shaped patient-centered care by training hundreds of physicians and clinical leaders on an outcomes-based care model. Her deep understanding of the 5 Drivers of Health and Wellness has made her a trusted leader in developing holistic care strategies.

As Chief Health & Wellness Officer, Jessica brings her passion for balanced living and prevention to BLU by ThriveWellTM. Her expertise ensures that the wellness journey is personalized, preventive, and fully integrated, focusing on longevity and vitality.

Doctors Gordon and Jessica lead a passionate team of experts who share their vision for holistic health, wellness, and longevity. From medical experts to longevity coaches, our team is committed to providing the highest level of support tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Together, we work with one mission: to add ThriveYears by optimizing the 5 Drivers of Health and Wellness and bringing the best of evidence-based longevity medicine to those we serve.

Nick Jackson

Operations Manager

London-born and raised Nick Jackson is a dynamic health and wellness leader championing service excellence, elevated member experience, and advanced fitness and recovery techniques.

As a former semi-professional soccer player and national championship-winning team captain, he applies the same discipline, leadership, and strategic mindset he used on the field to his professional endeavors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a Masters in Sports Management and Administration.

With extensive experience managing wellness and fitness facilities across multiple continents, Nick has successfully built and led high-performing teams, enhanced customer experiences, and streamlined operations to drive sustainable growth. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and expert in whole body EMS (Electromyostimulation), he has developed and implemented innovative fitness programs to improve well-being across all age groups.

His results-driven and service excellence approach and passion for enhancing performance allow him to make a meaningful impact by embodying health and wellness principles in his own life and empowering others to do the same.

Jaime Lane

Health and Wellness Manager

As the Health and Wellness Manager at BLU by ThriveWellTM, Jaime is at the forefront of redefining longevity and personalized wellness. With over 21 years in healthcare, she combines deep clinical expertise with a passion for holistic health to empower individuals to optimize their healthspan and achieve peak well-being.

Jaime’s career is marked by leadership and innovation. In her prior role at Lee Health, she managed the endovascular lab and played a pivotal role in launching the Trans-catheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program in 2011. As a key member of the structural heart program for 14 years, she contributed to groundbreaking advancements in cardiac care.

Her dedication and impact were recognized when she received the prestigious Doc Coggins Award, an honor given to Lee Health employees who exemplify outstanding service, leadership, and commitment to patient care.

Beyond traditional healthcare, Jaime is a NASM-certified personal trainer, an expert in whole body EMS (Electromyostimulation), and a 200-hour yoga teacher certification. She seamlessly integrates science-based strategies with movement, mindfulness, and longevity-focused health optimization. A dedicated fitness enthusiast, she has conquered sprint triathlons, a half Ironman, Tough Mudder, Spartan races, half marathons, and a full marathon. She lives out the principles of active, purposeful living, whether through cross-fit, yoga, running, cycling, hiking, or snowboarding.

At BLU, Jaime is committed to revolutionizing how people approach long-term health. She leads with expertise, energy, and an unwavering dedication to helping individuals unlock their full potential—ensuring they don’t just live longer but live better.
