Thrive Award: Olga Lizenkova Demonstrates Love at BLU

Love is not just something you feel; it is something you show. Nobody understands that better than Olga Lizenkova, our June Thrive Award winner and the embodiment of one of BLU's most cherished Values in Action: Demonstrating Love.

Since joining the BLU team on July 28, 2025, Olga has been a constant, warm presence at our facility. As a Facility Attendant, she is often one of the first faces members see when they walk through our Recovery Lounge, and she makes every single one of them feel welcomed, seen, and valued.
