Mobility, Balance & Breath

Unlock a new dimension of coordinated movement and physical freedom. Starting with a warm-up of dynamic stretching, the class progresses through a series of exercises to challenge balance and improve range of motion. We conclude with calming breath work.

Endure 30

Unlock a new level of stamina. With our Endure classes, you will discover the power of precision in a fully guided Zone 2 workout. We take the guesswork out of endurance training by using heart rate monitors, ensuring your effort stays in the optimal zone to enhance metabolic health and build a powerful aerobic foundation. It's time to train smarter, not just harder, and build endurance that truly lasts.

Cardio Combat

Unleash your inner fighter! This 30-minute Cardio Combat class uses the dynamic movements of shadow boxing to deliver a knockout workout. You will punch, duck, and jab your way through a high-energy session designed to send your heart rate soaring and sharpen your muscle coordination. Get ready to have fun, torch calories, and walk away feeling powerful, confident, and accomplished.

Pickleball Open Play

Come together, move together, thrive together. Bring your paddle and join our open-play pickleball session at BLU, a time where community, vitality, and purpose all converge.

Stronger For Longer

Build power that lasts and sculpt a physique that endures. This 50-minute class is dedicated to increasing your overall strength and lean muscle mass in a fun, motivating social setting. Experience the collective energy of a supportive group, empowering you not only to reach your goals today but also to build a foundation for lifelong strength.

Reformer Pilates
