At BLU by ThriveWellTM, wellness goes beyond fitness, it’s about building strength, endurance, and resilience in every part of life. Our latest BLU Vitality Combine brought this to life, challenging participants with a dynamic competition that tested athleticism, mental grit, and overall vitality.

Each challenge was carefully selected by our BLU-Certified Personal Trainers to measure our 5 Vitality Measures:

  • VO2 Max – cardiovascular endurance
  • Lean Muscle Mass – strength and conditioning
  • Visceral & Body Fat % – body composition and health
  • Balance & Mobility – agility and functional movement
  • Grip Strength – overall power and endurance

With over 20 participants pushing themselves through these well-rounded performance tests, the energy and determination in the room were contagious. From dead hang holds to full-body strength challenges, competitors proved just how far preparation, focus, and resilience can take you.
