At the Tower Forum Fireside Chat featuring Florida Panthers Chief Operating Officer Rob Stevenson, attendees gathered for an insightful conversation on leadership, organizational transformation, and building a championship culture, both on and off the ice.

Rob Stevenson, appointed COO of the Florida Panthers in August 2025, shared a behind-the-scenes look at the organization’s remarkable trajectory, including back-to-back Stanley Cup championships in 2024 and 2025. He discussed how operational excellence, strategic vision, and culture-building have become core drivers of sustained success within the franchise.

In his role, Stevenson oversees a wide portfolio spanning arena operations, facilities management, event services, live entertainment, hospitality, and key venues such as the Panthers IceDen and FTL War Memorial complex. He highlighted ongoing arena renovations designed to elevate fan experience, improve operational efficiency, and expand revenue opportunities while positioning Panthers venues as vital community assets.

Stevenson also reflected on his diverse leadership background prior to joining the NHL organization, including roles at Goldman Sachs, Ayco, and Point72, where he focused on financial management and talent strategy. His perspective was further shaped by his service as a decorated Navy SEAL, where he completed two tours in Afghanistan with SEAL Team TWO and earned multiple commendations, including the Bronze Star Medal. He continues to serve in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Commander.
