We had the honor of helping the National Christian Foundation host their Mind, Body, Soul Care event, an inspiring afternoon dedicated to whole-person wellness and intentional living. The gathering brought together likeminded guests for a meaningful experience that integrated physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual renewal.
The event began with check-in and connection, followed by a warm welcome from Brad Schmidt, Director of Faith + Work, National Christian Foundation, who set the tone for an afternoon rooted in purpose and reflection. From there, attendees engaged in an immersive Mind & Body session led by BLU Co-Founders Dr. Gordon Chen, CEO and Cardiologist, and Dr. Jessica Chen, Chief Health & Wellness Officer at BLU. Together, they explored the powerful connection between physical health, mental well-being, and long-term vitality, sharing practical insights grounded in lifestyle medicine, preventive care, and intentional daily habits.
After a brief break, the focus shifted to the Soul portion of the program, guided by Mindy Caliguire, Founder and President of Soul Care. This session invited participants to slow down, reflect, and reconnect spiritually, emphasizing the importance of inner alignment and faith in achieving true wellness. Through thoughtful discussion and moments of reflection, attendees were encouraged to nurture their spiritual health alongside their physical and mental well-being.
The Mind, Body, Soul Care event beautifully embodied BLU by ThriveWell’s™ commitment to holistic wellness, honoring the integration of science, purpose, and faith. We are grateful to the National Christian Foundation for partnering with us and creating a space where meaningful conversations and personal transformation could flourish.
