Our BLU by ThriveWell™ community came together for an energizing morning at Hugh Taylor Birch State Park for our Walk, Run, Bike Wellness Event, and it was a beautiful reflection of what movement, connection, and longevity-inspired living are all about.
Members and guests joined us for a refreshing walk, run, and bike experience through the lush, scenic pathways of Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. Whether pacing through a gentle walk or pushing for a spirited ride, participants enjoyed fresh air, nature, and the opportunity to move in a way that felt good for their bodies.
This event was a perfect embodiment of one of BLU’s 5 Drivers of Health & Wellness©: Community. By connecting, supporting, and moving together, participants experienced firsthand how belonging and shared experiences positively impact health, wellbeing, and longevity.
After the outdoor session, the community gathered back at BLU by ThriveWellTM for friendly pickleball play and light refreshments. The post-event discussion highlighted how BLU’s medical and performance services work together to help individuals improve metabolic health, optimize performance, and build the foundations of longevity.
Participants had the chance to ask questions, explore our integrative approach, and learn more about how science-backed care and advanced diagnostic tools shape long-term health outcomes, all while strengthening connections with fellow members.
We are grateful to everyone who took part and helped make this event a success. Your energy, curiosity, and commitment to your health continue to inspire us every day.
