2026 CEO Build: Hands-On Leadership in Action

BLU by ThriveWell™ was proud to participate in the 2026 CEO Build at BBI Village, Habitat for Humanity of Broward’s newest community under development. The event brought together distinguished CEOs and senior executives for a hands-on morning of building, collaboration, and community leadership, showcasing the impact of leaders working side-by-side with the families who will soon call these homes their own.

Representing BLU was Co-founder, CEO, and Cardiologist Dr. Gordon Chen, who joined fellow South Florida leaders to help place sod and complete the finishing touches on new Habitat homes. The day exemplified how purpose-driven leadership and community engagement can make a tangible difference in people’s lives.

The CEO Build raises funds, awareness, and human capital to support affordable workforce housing in Broward, where nearly 9 out of 10 prospective homeowners face challenges affording a home. Participants left inspired, having seen firsthand how collaboration, dedication, and action can strengthen communities.
