Healthspan Advisor

Position Overview

The Healthspan Advisor is responsible for driving membership growth and revenue by guiding prospective members through BLU’s longevity offerings. This role owns the full sales cycle and builds meaningful relationships to convert leads into long-term members.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for all BLU offerings: medical and facility memberships.
  • Meet or exceed minimum monthly sales performance targets: - 10 new member starts - $60,000 in total monthly revenue generated
  • Lead member consultations: Conduct compelling in-person and virtual tours and consultations that clearly communicate BLU’s value proposition.
  • Manage and grow your prospect pipeline: Follow up with warm prospects, generate new prospects through outreach and events, and keep prospects engaged through CRM workflows and personalized follow-ups.
  • Build relationships that convert: Cultivate trust and credibility with prospective members by understanding their goals, answering questions, and offering personalized solutions.
  • Coordinate internally: Partner closely with the coaching, medical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs, transparent communication, and consistent brand experience.
  • Track and optimize: Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activity, and conversion metrics using systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Represent the BLU brand: Embody the BLU mission and philosophy in all interactions, whether on-site, at local events, or in community partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in sales, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or membership models
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • CRM and tech proficiency
