Women of Vision: Think Outside the Box

Growth is intentional, immersive, and rooted in real human connection. That philosophy was reflected at the Women of Vision: Think Outside the Box event hosted at the Levan Center, where leaders gathered for a morning centered on breakfast, meaningful connection, and experiential learning designed to expand the way women think, lead, and grow.

At the center of the morning was The B❒X®, a hands-on leadership and self-reflection tool that transforms abstract thought into visible, actionable insight.

Unlike a traditional workshop or lecture, the experience was intentionally designed to be participant-led, inviting attendees to engage directly with their own thinking patterns, beliefs, and goals in a tangible way.

The B❒X® is a physical artifact that participants can write on, draw within, reshape, and actively interact with throughout the session. It serves as a mirror for internal thought processes and a catalyst for clarity.

Its purpose is threefold:

• Make the Invisible → Visible - By mapping inner thoughts and assumptions, participants gain clarity on patterns that often go unnoticed in day-to-day decision-making.
• Shift the Unconscious → Conscious - The experience helps bring hidden biases, beliefs, and behaviors into awareness—creating space for intentional choice and leadership.
• Turn the Impossible → Actionable - With structured reflection and built-in action planning, participants leave with tangible next steps rather than abstract inspiration.

The B❒X® reinforces a powerful idea: clarity is not something we find, but something we create through structured reflection and intentional design.

As organizations continue to rethink leadership development, experiences like The B❒X® highlight a shift away from passive learning and toward immersive, reflective engagement. At its core, the Women of Vision event reminded attendees of a simple but powerful truth: When we make the invisible visible, we unlock the ability to lead with greater intention, clarity, and impact.
