BLU Joins South Florida Leaders at the Rosé Soirée


Leadership, community, and giving back came together at the 2026 Rosé Soirée, hosted by Junior Achievement of South Florida’s Circle of Wise Women.

For the first time, BLU by ThriveWell® attended the annual celebration, joining South Florida leaders and community advocates for an evening of connection, service, and support for the next generation.

The evening honored Allison Cagnetta as the 2026 Woman of Wisdom and Diane Alonso as the 2026 Spark Award Honoree for their leadership and commitment to making a difference in our community. Cagnetta has dedicated her career and volunteer service to supporting youth and families throughout Broward County, while Alonso has helped lead UKG’s global social impact efforts and is a dedicated Junior Achievement volunteer and advocate.

A highlight of the evening was a fashion showcase featuring Junior Achievement students, bringing the organization’s mission and the young people it serves to center stage.

Junior Achievement of South Florida prepares young people for their futures through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness. BLU was proud to support this mission by donating an item to the Rosé Soirée silent auction, helping raise funds for the organization’s work throughout South Florida.

Our first Rosé Soirée was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate inspiring women, support the next generation, and connect with leaders committed to strengthening our community.
