What a turn out!  This week, BLU by ThriveWell™ hosted another inspiring Wellness Wednesday, focusing on one of the most vital, yet often overlooked foundations of longevity: sleep. Led by Juliet Interiano, Nurse Practitioner in Longevity Medicine, and Deraje Singleton, Member Experience Coordinator, this session explored how optimizing sleep can enhance recovery, hormone balance, and overall vitality.

“Longevity happens overnight while we sleep.  We spend so much energy optimizing our days with workouts, nutrition, stress management, but here’s the truth, if your sleep is off, much of that hard work is undone.” states Interiano.

To close the session, guests joined a fun Sleep Optimization Spin-the-Wheel Game, each landing on a new habit to practice for the week, from dimming the lights and setting your room to a cool temperature before bed to unplugging screens for an hour before rest, and more!
