On October 14, 2026, BLU by ThriveWell® welcomed an intimate gathering of women executives, entrepreneurs and business leaders for The Real Luxury: Health, Time & Vitality, an afternoon hosted by J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Fort Lauderdale.
Designed to spark meaningful conversations about protecting some of life’s most valuable assets, health, energy and time, the event brought together accomplished women and leading physicians to discuss how women can prioritize their well-being while continuing to lead, build and make an impact at the highest levels.
The afternoon featured a candid panel discussion with Dr. Carolina Sueldo, MD, CEO of Ceibo Fertility Center; Dr. Jessica Chen, MD, cofounder and Chief Health & Wellness Officer of BLU by ThriveWell®; and Dr. Lesley Clark-Loeser, CEO of Precision Skin Institute. The conversation was moderated by Margie Betten, Market Manager at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and complemented by a guided mindfulness experience led by Rob Seifer, psychologist for the Miami Dolphins.
One of the afternoon's most valuable aspects was the chance for attendees to ask candid questions and engage directly with the physicians on topics that affect women’s health at different life stages.
From GLP-1 medications and egg freezing to broader questions about prevention, aging, and long-term wellness, the discussion emphasized looking beyond individual treatments and quick fixes to understand the bigger picture of health.
The physicians shared their expertise across their respective specialties, reinforcing the importance of personalized care, informed decision-making, and finding a physician who takes the time to understand an individual’s health history, lifestyle, goals, and underlying risk factors.
The conversation also highlighted the value of lifestyle changes as a foundation for better health. While medical advances and targeted interventions can play an important role, lasting improvements often begin with understanding the body, identifying opportunities for change, and building sustainable habits over time.
Dr. Jessica Chen emphasized that improving long-term health doesn't require dramatic or overwhelming changes. Small, consistent steps can make a meaningful difference when they are guided by the right information and sustained over time.
A key part of this conversation was the importance of cardiorespiratory fitness, particularly VO₂ Max, a measure of how efficiently the body uses oxygen during exercise. VO₂ Max is an important indicator of cardiorespiratory fitness and is associated with long-term health outcomes.
For women balancing demanding careers, families, and personal commitments, the message was especially relevant: investing in health does not have to mean doing everything at once. It begins with understanding where you are today, identifying what matters most, and taking practical steps toward a stronger, healthier future.
At BLU by ThriveWell®, this philosophy is central to a personalized approach to healthspan and longevity. Through comprehensive assessments, physician-led guidance, and ongoing support, members gain a clearer understanding of their health and a practical path toward improving vitality over time.
The afternoon reminded us that success and well-being don't have to exist in separate conversations. For women leading organizations, building businesses and caring for others, protecting personal health is an investment in the years ahead and in the ability to continue doing what matters most.
By bringing together accomplished leaders, expert physicians, and an environment designed to encourage thoughtful conversation, The Real Luxury: Health, Time & Vitality created space for women to ask important questions, exchange perspectives, and consider how they want to experience the years ahead.
BLU by ThriveWell® was honored to host this meaningful gathering in partnership with J.P. Morgan Private Bank and to support a conversation that reflects its commitment to helping individuals take a more informed, proactive approach to their health.
Because the real luxury is not simply having more time. It is having the health and vitality to make the most of it.
