The BLU by ThriveWell™ Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting event drew a strong turnout of local dignitaries, wellness advocates, and media representatives, including Mayor Dean Trantalis, members of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, and WSVN - Channel 7.

 BLU Members, Community leaders, and health-conscious individuals explored the facility and participated in immersive experiences that showcased BLU byThriveWell™’s 5 Drivers of Health & Wellness^©: Personal, Community, Physical, Nutritional, and Spiritual. Each station showcased how these key pillars work together to support a longer, healthier, and more meaningful life.

“People don’t want to live longer just for the sake of it; they want quality, they want purpose,” stated Co-founder, CEO, and cardiologist Dr. Gordon Chen. “The research shows there’s one to two more decades of healthy life on the table if you have the right strategy, expertise, and support. That’s exactly what we’re offering.”

Dr. Gordon Chen’s remarks were followed by a compelling speech from co-founder and Chief Health and Wellness Officer of BLU, Dr. Jessica Chen, who emphasized the importance of evidence-based care in a saturated wellness market.

“There’s so much information out there — but not all of it is grounded in science,”she said. “We dove deep into the data to find what truly works. Food is medicine. Movement is medicine. Data is medicine. If you have the right data about your body and you can understand what your predispositions are, and you can make the right changes to help you thrive."
